Takes your money and you can't reach them April 29, 2010

I ordered a 2yr subscription in early February and it is now April 29th. The customer service number listed just rings and you get a message that they are unavailable. I have tried at different times of the day and always get the same result. This is ridiculous!! I can't even get a refund or my magazines!!!!!
